A new and an ideal dish for cold winter days in NOVA's winter menu - SARMA (cabbage rolls). Who could resist sauerkraut leaves stuffed with a mixture of delicious minced seitan, brown rice, tofu, tempeh... Sarma at NOVA, a new experience worth trying!
