Our chefs...

We educate our chefs about nutrition based on the macrobiotic principles, and this kind of education is not a part of formal cooking classes. Our first chef was dear lady Barbara Šram, then Zlata Kuhar, Svjetlana Boban and Anita Šurkić, and after them „men took the lead”: first Nino Prišuta, then Zlatan Petković. And today we are proud of Tvrtko Šakota, le chef that has dedicated his work in the past 8 years to create delicious meals that are a perfect mixture of his performance and ideas of Zlatko Pejić and Jadranke Boban Pejić.
